constant rattle hallway noise
the shopping mall in the basement was useful, it had some restaurants.
The noise was just unacceptable, i could hear everything from the hallway, people talking loudly and doors slamming all night, so i barely slept. the air conditioning was also ridiculously loud. It rattled constantly. I couldn't adjust it properly, and the temperature was either freezing or stuffy. It ruined any chance of a good night's sleep.

fantastic stay
renovated room soft pillows covered walkway
I enjoyed the renovated room (it was in 2024). the pillows were soft. You could sink into them. the gym was good and well-equipped. a subway station is about a 10-minute walk, accessible via a covered walkway leading to the lobby.
the housekeeping schedule was not ideal, i wish they would offer daily service. guests who don't need it could then opt out. bottled water should also be provided, as it was in the past.

the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with an aeon supermarket. this mall also includes restaurants and various stores, very convenient. the subway station is accessible via a covered walkway.

the staff are accommodating and polite, always ready to assist guests. i was impressed that this hotel employs elderly people, giving them opportunities to participate in the community. the front desk staff were also very helpful.

the hotel features a good gym with modern equipment for workouts. there is a shopping mall located in the same building, offering an array of retail and dining options. the hotel's wifi is easily accessible.

pool deck small bathroom
The bus to and from the airport was very close to the building. Rooms were quite spacious.
I was disappointed the pool deck was closed. It was out of season. I booked an executive room. It was disappointing, especially the shower curtains and small bathroom.
